Terms and Conditions

• You must be capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. • The App does not create a separate QuickPic account; purchases and entitlements are associated with your Apple ID.

• Media you select (photos, videos, and related metadata) is processed on your device. QuickPic does not upload your media to our servers. • For data types accessed and your choices, see the Privacy Policy at https://quickpic.app/privacy and QuickPic/Docs/Privacy/PrivacyPolicy.md.

• You retain ownership of the media you process with the App. • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you process and that your use of the App will not violate any law or third‑party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights). • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your originals. Compression can be lossy and may remove metadata (e.g., location). Verify results before sharing.

• You agree not to misuse the App, including by: attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent paywalls; introducing malware; interfering with the App's operation; using the App to violate rights or laws; or using automated scripts that degrade service or exceed reasonable usage. • You will comply with platform rules (iOS, App Store) and applicable laws.

Types of offerings. The App may offer: (a) auto‑renewing subscriptions (e.g., Pro Monthly, Pro Annual); and/or (b) a non‑consumable lifetime unlock (Pro Lifetime). Availability can vary by region and over time. Billing. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID through Apple's App Store. QuickPic does not receive or store your payment details. Taxes may apply. Auto‑renewal. For subscriptions, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple may charge your Apple ID within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage/cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings or via the "Manage Subscriptions" link in the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Trials and promotions. If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Eligibility and duration may vary by Apple policy and region. Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited upon purchase. Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies unless otherwise required by law. Entitlements. Pro features unlock on the Apple ID that completed the purchase. Family Sharing and cross‑device availability are governed by Apple's policies and product configuration.

• The free tier may include reasonable usage limits (e.g., batch size, advanced options, per‑period caps) that are disclosed in‑App and may change over time to ensure reliability and fairness. Limits do not restrict your ownership of content.

• Results depend on input quality, settings, and device constraints (including iMessage/Share extension memory and time limits). We do not guarantee any specific compression ratio, visual fidelity, or deliverability on third‑party platforms (e.g., MMS, messaging apps). • The App integrates Apple frameworks (e.g., Photos, AVFoundation, StoreKit) and may link to third‑party sites or services. We are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or outages.

• Except for your content, the App (including QuickPicKit, code, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) is owned by VinWare LLC and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms. • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or meet your needs. • You are solely responsible for preserving your originals and verifying results before sharing. Compression is inherently lossy, and metadata may be altered or removed by design.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinWare LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. • Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amounts you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $0 if no purchases were made).

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VinWare LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your content; or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

• We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law or platform policy. Upon termination, the rights granted to you cease immediately.

• We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in‑App or on our website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• If you obtained the App from Apple's App Store, you also agree to the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (LAEULA). Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App and has no warranty obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable terms, Apple is a third‑party beneficiary of these Terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VinWare LLC is organized, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Where permitted, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located there.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
